Totally recommend if you're thinking of getting into sourdough baking - the time it took for it to be shipped, delivered, and activated was probably less than what making my own starter would have taken (probably like 6 days total). The starter itself was crazy active, and I was able to start baking after only a few feedings. It's been holding up great and I've been using it a lot - while I'm still getting the hang of the technique the flavour have been awesome every time. Akeila was also really quick with updates and ready to answer any questions which I super appreciated :)
